We welcome families who are seeking a nurturing, high-quality early childhood program rooted in community and care. Enrollment at The Child Care & Learning Center is offered on a rolling basis, subject to space availability. We encourage interested families to begin by scheduling a tour.
Admissions process
Enrollment at The Child Care & Learning Center is offered on a rolling basis throughout the year, based on space availability in each program.

We invite prospective families to visit our campus, observe classrooms, and meet our team.
Tours provide an opportunity to learn more about our programs, daily routines, and enrollment availability.

Following your tour, families may complete and submit an enrollment application.
Applications are accepted year-round. Placement is determined based on program availability and age grouping.

Children must be enrolled at least 2 days per week to participate. All drop-in days are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Infants & Preschool
Full Day: $60
Half Day (8:00–12:30): $40
School Age
3:00–6:00 p.m.: $21
Full Day (when school is closed): $35

Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for the youngest child
Deposit: $75 (refundable as outlined in enrollment contract)
Registration Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
Late Payment Fee: $25 after the 5th of each month
Late Pickup Fee: $2 per minute beginning 1 minute after contracted pickup time

Families may request up to two weeks of vacation per fiscal year during which tuition will not be billed.
Families wishing to hold a child’s slot for more than two weeks may do so by paying tuition equal to two days per week.

Families with household income under 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) must apply for the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program before requesting additional tuition assistance from CCLC.

CCLC participates in Virginia’s Mixed Delivery initiative to expand access to high-quality preschool opportunities and support school readiness. Mixed Delivery placements are limited and eligibility is determined by state guidelines.
