Infants

Ages 3 weeks – Confidently Walking

A young child in a brown jacket and cozy socks, holding a red ball, standing outdoors on a leaf-covered ground with a fallen tree Log behind him and a beige and blue yurt-like structure in the background during autumn.

At The Child Care & Learning Center, our Infant program provides a nurturing, responsive environment where our youngest learners feel safe, secure, and deeply cared for.

Strong, consistent relationships are the foundation of our infant program.

Teachers partner closely with families to support each child’s routines, development, and emerging personality.

Developmentally designed learning

Our classrooms are guided by developmentally appropriate practice and focus on four key areas of early growth:

  • Physical development

  • Social and emotional development

  • Language development

  • Cognitive development

Building strong foundations through play, exploration, and daily routines.

A young child with brown hair and fair skin, sitting outdoors on fallen autumn leaves, looking up at the camera. The child is wearing a yellow raincoat with a hood and gray fleece-lined boots. Behind the child is a fallen tree and a stroller.
A group of young children, dressed in yellow rain jackets, are gathered around a fallen tree trunk in an outdoor, autumnal forest setting. They appear to be exploring or playing, with one child having a pacifier and others looking intently at the tree.
A young child with curly hair and light skin, wearing a yellow jacket with a purple fleece inside, is looking at and touching a moss-covered log in an outdoor setting with fallen leaves and small twigs on the ground.

“The care and experience our children have received at CCLC are truly next level. We’ve already recommended them to others.”
