Inclement Weather

We prioritize the safety of our children and staff during inclement weather. Families should use their discretion when deciding if it is safe to travel.

When necessary, CCLC may adjust our schedule:

  • Open on a delayed schedule

  • Close early

  • Close for the full day in severe conditions

We aim to remain open whenever it is safe to do so to support working families.

CCLC may remain open even when Rappahannock County Public Schools are closed. CCLC strives to meet the needs of parents who must work regardless of the weather.
